coffee.marketing is run by Brian Ball, an individual in the United States. "We" means Brian Ball, doing business as coffee.marketing. Contact: ops@coffee.marketing.

What we sell

The Monday Pack is a monthly subscription for independent cafés in the US. It costs $99 USD a month. Each week it includes one sidewalk sign line as a print-ready PDF, 3 Instagram posts with captions, and 1 receipt or counter promo. Once a month it includes a score of your own marketing.

The Monday Pack isn't on sale yet. These terms apply once you save a card or subscribe.

Delivery

We deliver by email, every Monday at 6 AM in your café's time zone, to the address you give us. Nothing is shipped.

The Founding 21 offer

  • There are 21 founding seats. You save a card to hold one, and you aren't charged that day.
  • If all 21 seats fill within 90 days of seats opening, we email you before charging. We then charge $99 USD, and $99 USD every month after that, until you cancel.
  • If the seats don't fill within 90 days of seats opening, we delete your saved card and you're never charged.
  • You can give up your seat any time before the first charge, with no cost.
  • If your card fails at the first charge, we email you a link to fix it. You get 7 days. After that, the seat is released.

Billing and cancelling

Charges are made by card through Stripe and show on your statement as COFFEE.MARKETING. You can cancel any time. See Refunds and cancellation.

What's in a pack

AI writes the packs from what you tell us about your café. Read each one before you use it, and check that it's accurate, especially prices, hours and offers. You're responsible for what you publish. What we write for you is yours to use for your café.

The service is provided as is, and we don't promise any particular sales result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change the price or these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change affects you. You can cancel before it does.

These terms are governed by the laws of California.
