What we collect

• The waitlist form: your email, and your café name if you give it.
• A scrambled version of your IP address with each sign-up, changed daily, used only to stop abuse.
• Anything you email us.
• Loyalty cards: the first name you type, your stamps and rewards, a scrambled IP address changed daily to stop abuse, and, if you add the card to Apple Wallet, a device ID and push token from Apple so we can update it.

What we use it for

Loyalty card data runs your card and nothing else. Removing the card from your Wallet removes the device ID and push token. Email us to delete the rest.

We use your email to tell you when founding seats open, and to answer you. We don't sell it. We don't add you to other lists.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the waitlist and counts page visits with its web analytics.
• Resend sends our email.
• Google Fonts serves this site's fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Apple delivers Wallet card updates to your phone.
• Stripe will handle card details once seats open. We never see or store your full card number.

How safe it is, and how long we keep it

Data is sent over HTTPS and access is limited to the people running this business. We keep your waitlist entry until seats open and the offer ends, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email ops@coffee.marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under privacy law, and we'll honor them.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Café staff phones keep one sign-in cookie.
